INSERT INTO

The INSERT INTO statement allows us to insert new data into a table.

Structure:

 

INSERT INTO table_name (column_name1, column_name2)
VALUES
(value1, value2);

INSERT INTO Staff
(StaffID, Staff_Name, SupervisorId)
VALUES
(1, 'Frank', 3);

INSERT INTO Customer
(CUSTOMERID, NAME, HAIR, SALARY)
VALUES
(1, 'Alechandro', 'brown', 100);
